Project Background
This project was launched on August 1, 2006 for members of Haplogroup G to find others and to compare Y-DNA test results and paternal origins for relatedness.

The main page there contains info on joining G discussion groups, as well as information on how to join the haplogroup G project. In addition, there are links to information on possible origins and migrations of G persons, worldwide distribution of G, groupings of G persons and categorization of about 2000 available G DNA samples. There is also a bibliography listed there.
