All Porterfield families are welcome to join our worldwide DNA project. Who is related? Where did our ancestors come from? Please DNA test in our Porterfield family project and find out! Any female Porterfield will need to have a male Porterfield relative to Y-DNA test for her line. Female Porterfields are welcome to have their MtDNA tested in our project (their maternal line). We are also using the Family Finder autosomal DNA test in this Porterfield project study. Males and females who have a Porterfield ancestor with a Family Finder autosomal test are welcome to join!
