It appears that we've identified at least 3 distinct apparently unrelated Jewett families.



We've also determined that there is no pattern to deviations from the "norm" of Edward descendants. Every mutation that has deviated from the average has been unique to one individual and sometimes those more closely related have had a greater genetic distance to each other than some more distantly related. This appears in other families - even between brothers.
