We continue to add new project members representing different Hadley families linked to the West Midlands. We currently have four pending YDNA tests from this subgroup that we hope will add further clarity to how many different lineages might make up the larger Hadley family of the area.

We also have reached out to a member of the Higgins family who seems to represent the most closely related non-Hadley family in FTDNA's YDNA database. We're hoping this lineage might be close enough to help us narrow the list of SNP markers representing this Hadley family and shed light on the possible adoption and origin of this Hadley surname.

As additional test results come in, we continue our efforts to map out Hadley ancestral trees in England so that additional participants can be found.
