The Dobbins Y-DNA Project is open to participation by all males surnamed 'Dobbins' or one of the variants 'Dobbin', 'Dobbyn', 'Dobbyns', 'Dobyn' or 'Dobyns'. Other variants may be added upon consideration. The project is also open to participation by any male whose y-DNA closely matches that of an established Dobbins lineage. All others are welcome to join on an "observer" basis -- they will receive periodic project updates, but their results won't be listed in our Result Table at World Families Network.
