ASHINA/A-SHIH-NA/ASENA ROYALTY (OF GOKTURKS AND KHAZARS) DNA - Goals

-to establish genetic connections between descendants-BEGS (BEKS) of the Ashina Royal Dynasty, based solely on Y DNA results as hard evidence

-to establish unique haplotypes /most possible Ashina Royalty and Nobility haplotypes within Q haplogroup

-to uncover remnants of the dynasty in other parts of the world,

beside Europe and contemporary Jewish community

-to explain the connection between the Ashina Royal Dynasty and the Tribe of Levi

-in future to check if there are other haplogroups present in the Ashina Royal Clan genetic pool

Note: currently serious conclusions without reasonable doubt not possible with haplogroup R (R1a,R1a1 ,R1b etc.),because the R1a (R1a1) lineage is believed to have originated in the Eurasian Steppes north of the Black & Caspian Seas. This lineage is thought to descend from a population of the Kurgan culture, known for the domestication of the horse (circa 3000 B.C.E.). These people were also believed to be the first speakers of the Indo-European language group. This lineage is found in central & western Asia, India, and in Slavic populations of Europe, and Haplogroup R1b is the most common haplogroup in European populations. It is believed to have expanded throughout Europe as humans re-colonized after the last glacial maximum 10-12 thousand years ago. This lineage is also the haplogroup containing the Atlantic modal haplotype.

Presence of haplogroup R in Jewish genetic pool is seen, by some researchers, as supporting evidence of possible conversion of part of general population of Khazaria, as well as pre-Jewish shamanistic priesthood (Qam's)/as described in several historical reports/ or due to the great number of Levits among them as well as DNA imprint of the Khazar royalty.

NOTE;

-We cannot exclude any haplogroup at this point from the Ashina

genetic pool as Ashina was a CLAN or a tribe meaning A GROUP OF BOUNDED FAMILIES, of different origin. We are looking now what cases are most supported with evidences (combination of DNA results, oral stories, expert opinions and historical records).
