Group Administer will be taking this groups first Geno 2.0 test for our families deep clad comparison of  Our septs DNA, since this is the first DNA deep clad test this will be our first set of max limits ,and upon discovery of new earlier Makers then the group will adjust the max limits on our halo type.
1/23/2013
Realigned sub-grouping to surnames and country of origin and sept group ,this will be adjusted as we receive new STR AND SNP results

2/11/2013

Cremeens sept Ordered National Geographic Geno 2.0 deep clad DNA test,  this is a milestone for the group for we will have results of our deep clad SNP, if there are any. test will arrive in 7-10 days. We will see the results in 6-9 weeks

2/15/2013

Group Admin has taken the NG Geno 2.0 swab test,We will have results in 6 to 8 weeks. The NG Geno 2.0 will test 150,000 markers this will be interesting this test also test MTDNA so this will be interesting due to the fact I do not know the Halo type of my maternal lineage.

2/28/2013

Geno 2.0 test is recieved and in transition and is in 20% stage results will be posted as soon as they arrive.

Our GENO 2.0 Deep Clad is 40% should be another 4 weeks or so for reslts

5/13/2013 cremeans lineage is quite an ancient Hapo type with in its lineage it is Northern European,Meditrainan, and west asian the precentiles are diffently highest concertrations in Ireland and the Iberian pennisula, its lineage is defined by 11 founding ancesters, with the markers of M42,M168,M89,P128,M45,M207,P231,M343,L278,P310,With its final progenator as L21 CTS-4466 and thru Isog classified as R1b1a1a1b4 +l21 South Irish type 2,Today, members of this lineage are widely distributed across Europe and West Asia. They reach their highest frequency in Ireland where they and descendant branches contribute to between 35 and 38 percent of the male population. This line is 6 to 7 percent of male lineages in France. It is between 1 and 2 percent of male lineages in Germany. It is 2 to 4 percent of male lineages in Portugal and Spain. It is about 2 percent of the male population in Croatia.

Mitochondrial (mtDNA) Haplogroup T derives from the haplogroup J'T that also gave rise to haplogroup J.
9/22/2013 Richard cremeans MTDNA =T2B6B

Haplogroup T is found in approximately 10% of native Europeans.[1][2]

Haplogroup T is currently found with high concentrations around the eastern Baltic Sea.

The geographic distribution within subclade T2 varies greatly with the ratio of subhaplogroup T2e to T2b reported to vary 40-fold across examined populations from a low in Britain and Ireland, to a high in Saudi Arabia (Bedford 2012). Within subhaplogroup T2e, a very rare motif is identified among Sephardic Jews of Turkey and Bulgaria and suspected conversos from the New World (Bedford 2012). Found in Svan population from Caucasus(Georgia) T* 10,4% and T1 4,2%

The last Russian Tsar, Nicholas II, has been shown to be of Haplogroup T, specifically subclade T2 (Ivanov 1996). Assuming all relevant pedigrees are correct, this includes all female-line descendants of his female line ancestor Barbara of Celje (1390-1451), wife of Sigismund, Holy Roman Emperor. This includes a great number of European nobles, including George I of Great Britain and Frederick William I of Prussia (through the Electress Sophia of Hanover), Charles I of England, George III of the United Kingdom, George V of the United Kingdom, Charles X Gustav of Sweden, Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden, Maurice of Nassau, Prince of Orange, Olav V of Norway, and George I of Greece. Many European royals have been found to be of this mtDNA Haplogroup, in addition to Haplogroup H (mtDNA).[citation needed]
