Welcome! We need MALE DNA Donors! Our goal is to document descendants of the four male children of John Bouton-Bowton who died at Norwalk, Connecticut circa 1707 that had children with DNA records. We cannot reach our goal without Donors. If you are a Boughton or Bouton male and a descendant of John Bouton-Bowton of Norwalk we need your Y-DNA. If you are female, have your Boughton-Bouton, Grandfather, Father, Brother, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin or ? act as your proxy.
This group was formed in 2005 to assist the genealogist by supplementing the paper documentation with a genetic record as well.
