If you are the owner or primary kit manager for a DNA Heritage Y-DNA sample, you may transfer your results to Family Tree DNA.  Please email us at dnatransfer@familytreedna.com with your DNA Heritage customer number and sample number (if you have them) or the email with which the original DNA Heritage account was registered , and we will walk you through the process of adding your DNA Heritage results to your Family Tree DNA kit. Note that we cannot transfer your information without the customer and sample number and/or the email registered on the original account.
