This project is open to all males, worldwide with the SEIBEL/ZAJBEL surname, and YORDAN/JORDAN/ЙОРДАН surname or it's logical variants. Records for this family have been found in Klimontow, Konary, Nadbrzezie, Zakliczyn and other nearby towns in Poland and Tarnobrzeg, Lviv, Krakow, Rozwadow, Grebow, Baronow Sandomierski and other towns in what was once Galitzia. Descendants now live in the USA, Canada, Poland, and Brazil. The project is also open to all males from the following regions: Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, Franconia, Western Galicia, Eastern Galicia, Lesser Poland, and the Sivdnik district, who believe they may be related (or not) to the Siebels or Jordans. Males testing positive for the YDNA R-S8183 SNP are welcome.
