Project for anyone with ancestral roots from the Miramichi River Valley in New Brunswick, Canada, and including those families from the Nashwaak, Cairns, Taxis Rivers situated in York and Northumberland Counties. These early families often married locally and many of their descendants moved on to other parts of Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. This project aims to sort out the heritage of the early settlers to the Miramichi area.
