The probable relationship tothe group of McAnally/McAnnallys is as follows: Common ancestor UnknownMcAnelly/McAnally/McAnnally b. ca 1600 Scotland ------Charles McAnally b.1685Scotland -----------John McAnelly b.1762 Ireland. In the book by GaylonMcAnelly about the McAnelly lineage he infers the probable migration fromScotland to Ireland and gives some guidance for further research to connectthose lines. Finding that connection may get entangled in a great number othernear DNA matches. It appears we McAnallys are a 35 /37 modal match to the verycommon DNA signature of prolific Niall Noigiallach, meaning we arelikely his descendants and share his history. Read about him at http://www.familytreedna.com/matchnialltest.html.

Kit 137652 is fromScotland.

His line may have originated inScotland went to Ireland and returned to Scotland. He appears to be related tothe above family, albiet more distantly, and interestingly his "12"on marker 439 seems to tie us more closely to Niall Noigallach.
