This project aims to discover how various Hildreth lines may be related to each other. This includes determining whether Richard Hildreth b. 1605 in England, d. 23 Feb 1693 in Chelmsford, MA, and Thomas Hildreth b. unk. in England, and d. 1657 in Southampton, LI, NY are closely related, and the time to their most recent common ancestor (MRCA). Please consider upgrading existing Y-12, Y-25, Y-37, Y-67, and Y-111 tests to Big Y-700. This will facilitate a better understanding of various Hildreth lineages and enable those with the surname Hildreth, or a variation thereof, to ascertain if they are descendants of either Richard or Thomas Hildreth, or another Hildreth branch with a common ancestor perhaps further back in time.
