While there have been no DNA matches between the Tristram and William/Richard Dodge lines, we have through DNA results been able to place Dodges in England to William/Richard and New Zealand to Tristram.
6. The William/Richard Dodge line has a pair of very rare markers allowing us to know immediately whether a new Dodge DNA test belongs to the Dodges out of Somerset, England. We also, with another pair of markers, tell from which brother the person descends, including the brother Michael, who never came to this country.
7. The Tristram DNA is totally different but is closest to Dodges from places like Stockport, Manchester, Bosden, etc.
