The De Vuono family surname project is open to all De Vuonos who share a common male ancestor of the surname De Vuono. Since this is a surname project which follows the direct male line only De Vuono males can participate because only males have a Y-chromosome.If you are a female you can have a male De Vuono relative submit a sample for your line.
