This Surname Project is Open to Everyone Interested. Our hope is to break through barriers every genealogical researcher encounters. Y-DNA, autosomal DNA, mtDNA - all descendants welcome! The project focuses on surname Casper and conceivable variants: Kasper, Gasper, Gaspard, Cosper. Using Y-DNA, it aims to distinguish lineages. The Casper-Gaspard DNA Project welcomes all participants. Males should take a Y-DNA test. Men with maternal Casper-Gaspard lines as well as women without a male relative to test, are encouraged to join. Your autosomal DNA results may be the key to breaking a brick wall in your genealogy or someone else’s in the group. Maybe both!
