This a Geographical yDNA Haplogroup Project for Native American male ancestry.
We are now accepting Native American C3 and Native American Q.
Please understand that only these 3 Haplogroups will be used in any comparison charts or phylogenetic analyses as this is the primary goal of this DNA group. If you are a participant, a paternal lineage pedigree is appreciated. You may e-mail your information to either of the Administrators of the American Indian Q3 DNA Project. To see the project phlyogenetic diagrams, click on the "Results" tab. The actual marker to marker comparisons are under the "Y Results" tab.
