on Genetic Genealogy

March 22-24, 2019

REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE

Registration is closed - all spots have been filled. To be added to the waiting list in case of cancellations, please write to events@ftdna.com and put Waiting List on the subject line.

*IMPORTANT: Registration is only open to Group Administrators. If you have difficulty registering, please contact us at events@ftdna.com with “Registration Help” in the subject line. Please do not contact Bennett, Max, Customer Service, or the main Groups email address regarding registration.

Conference Registration

The conference fee is $149 per person, which includes all sessions plus a buffet lunch on Saturday and Sunday. (Breakfast is included in the room rates or for individual purchase by those not staying at the Hyatt.)

There are a limited number of spots available for this conference. Administrators and co-administrators are welcome to bring one guest each, but guests must also register and pay if they're planning to attend the conference sessions.

Pick up your conference materials on Friday evening, March. 22th, beginning at 6:00 pm, then join us in the courtyard until 9:00 pm for a reception. The first drink is on us! A cash bar will be available for additional adult beverages. For those arriving later, materials will also be available on Saturday morning. Please check back when the schedule is posted to see what time registration will open on Saturday.

Lab Tours

Lab tours will be available on Monday, March 25th at 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm. Limited space restricts tours to 12 people each, including guests, so please include only one guest per administrator unless you obtain prior approval from us.

Lab Registration Instructions

To reserve your spot on a lab tour, email events@ftdna.com with the following information:

  • Email Subject Line: "Lab Tour"

  • Your Name

  • Project Name

  • Telephone Number

  • Contact Email Address

  • Preferred Tour Time

  • Alternate Tour Time

Note: Lab tours are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and transportation is not provided. Failure to provide all requested information may result in your request being moved to the back of the line and may result in missing a tour.

Please do not contact Customer Service, Max, Bennett, or the main Groups email address regarding lab tours. Only requests made to events@ftdna.com following the above instructions will be considered.

*Given that CAP, CLIA, and AABB lab audits are unannounced, there's a slim chance a lab auditor may visit our company on the tour day. In that case, any tours not yet completed must be cancelled. We won't be able to message you ahead of time, and while we'd regret having to cancel tours, we can't be responsible for any travel costs incurred from those cancellations. Although we think there is only a remote chance of this happening, we want you to be aware of that slight possibility as you make your plans.*
