Lab Tour Reservation       LAB TOURS CLOSED - All full!

To make a reservation for a lab tour email events@ftdna.com with the following information:

1. Name*

2. Project name*

3. Telephone Number*

4. Contact email address*

5. Preferred tour time and alternate tour time*

Note: Lab tours are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis and transportation is not provided.

Only requests made following the above instructions will be honored

Do not email Help Desk, Groups, Max, or Bennett for lab tours

*Given that CAP, CLIA and AABB lab audits are unannounced, there's a slim chance a lab auditor may visit our company on the tour day. In that case, any tours not yet completed must be cancelled. We won't be able to message you ahead of time, and while we'd regret having to cancel tours, we can't be responsible for any travel costs incurred from those cancellations. Although we think there is only a remote chance of this happening, we wanted you to be aware of that slight possibility as you make your plans.*

Registration

The conference fee is $149 per person.

Administrators are welcome to bring one guest each, but guests must also register - and pay - if they're planning to attend the conference sessions.

Use the Registration button above to sign yourself up.
