Duane Watts, the original Project Administrator and creator, along with his wife, Jeannette, were killed in a private plane crash July 8th, 2007, near Louisville, KY. Duane's expertise, dedication and enthusiasm will be sorely missed. This Project will continue as a living memorial to him.
