Three people have taken the test and two have matched at 36 out of 37 markers showing that they are closely related. This confirms the paper records which also show a relationship. These two people belong to the "haplogroup" R1b which is the most common group among Western Atlantic Europeans.

The third person belongs to a different group, known as I, and is not related at all to the first group.
