Background

This project aims to identify whether all families with the surname Koltoff/Koltuv/Koltow/Koltov/Coltoff are related regardless of geography. It supplements a 20 plus year effort during which we've been able to connect at least three families with this name who were located in and around the NY, NJ, MA, St Petersburg, and Bobruisk areas. Family members are now disbursed as far as New Zealand, Israel, Germany, and all over the US.
