For years I have observed and recorded any KINSELs found in the US - At first, only the ones of whom were blood related. Moving westward, the spelling of the surname often changed from place to place. Then I noticed clusters of others with variations of the KINSEL surname who ultimately settled in specific areas. I have always wanted to know from where they came and if these clans are genetically related. Perhaps DNA testing shall provide our answers.
