Project Goals
1. Primarily to record the 12 marker haplotype definition of all Fisher families.
2. Increase the precision of haplotypes to 37 markers of all known 12/12 matches.
3. Determine the genetic definition of ancient Fisher families (i.e. families with proven lineages dating to at least 1600 AD).
4. Correlate the results with documentary pedigrees and geographical distribution techniques.
