Project Goals
1. Determine if all US Faulconers are descendants of the Faulconers of Sussex, England.
2. Determine if all US/English Faulconers and Scottish Falconers have a common root in Scotland.
3. Based on DNA evidence determine if it is likely that both surnames come from a Norman/French root originally and came to Scotland during or shortly after the Norman conquest of the island.
