This project has come from a gradual progression of desiring the knowledge of my family history. While searching frantically across the vastness of the world wide web, I discovered other Canter researchers. Thus the Canter History site at yahoo was formed and we have in excess of 300 members at this point. Now we have progressed to the point of genetic proof. DNA is the only way to show that we are really blood cousins. However with my new found Canter friends, that will not really matter.
