Project Goals
The TOWNSEND SOCIETY OF AMERICA'S Surname DNA Project wishes to identify various TOWNSEND family groups around the world with a particular focus on various immigrations into the US.
Participation is open to all males with the TOWNSEND surname and the many variations of the same.
One hundred and fifty sets of test results have been received and several additional tests are in process.
