Based on initial test results, the Sprague line appears to be part of the most common Haplogroup, R1b1. Since this is the largest group by population and diversity of surnames and family lines, the minimum recommended Y-DNA test is the 37-marker test. The 67-marker test will offer maximum refinement of your family line and is the most recommended test.
