According to Donald Lines Jacobus:
Matthias St. John (or Sension) came to Dorchester, MA, about 1632 and was made a Freeman in Dorchester, Sept. 3, 1634. He removed to Windsor, CT, about 1640, and in 1654 to Norwalk,CT, where he died about 1669-70. His children were: Matthias (b. abt. 1630), Mark (b. abt. 1634), Samuel (b. abt. 1639), Mercy (d. in 1694; married Ephraim Lockwood, June 8, 1665), and James (b. abt. 1649).
