Project Background
The Sherrod Surname Project has two principal aims: 1) to provide a focal point where individuals researching the Sherrod family can prove or disprove theories regarding ancestors and 2) to determine which Old World Sherrod family—be it English, Irish, or Prussian—is the source of various families bearing the Sherrod name in the 21st century.
