This project was founded March, 2006 by direct descendents of William Morgan Sherrill,
b. Jan. 6, 1826, Wayne County, TN; d. Aug. 6, 1908, Burleson County TX.
Membership in the project is open to any male with a direct paternal line with the surname
Sherrill, Sherrell or any other variant spelling.
