Rittwagen, Rittwage- Background

Researching Genealogy records I have gotten back only as far as the 1700's. The objective of this project is to link common ancestors through the Y-DNA results, testing same names or variants of Rittwage. I have found there are people with the surname Rittwage in Germany, the USA, from Preussia, and one family from Lithuania. There are Rittwagen's in Spain and Germany. Many vital records have been lost for many reasons blocking our genealogy trails and trials. For many years we have not known of each other and now we have the opportunity to test YDNA to find our surname lineage. I invite as many people as possible with the desire to learn to join.
