Project Goals
The goals of our DNA Surname Project are:
1) Pinpoint our Scot, Germanic & other root origins with closer relationships for some, identify distinct branches from the DNA data comparisons that will follow over the next few years;
2) Prove or disprove a commonality among a few of the several spelling variations (i.e., Reddick, Reddoch, Riddick, Ruddick, etc.);
3) We've now collected a small amount of funding for testing of folks from Reddick / r320 lines not yet tested. R.D.R. and D.E.R. will be corresponding about who to get tested. We'll be very carefully expending these funds in an attempt to understand just who is who...
