Project Goals
The goals of the project are:
1) To establish a worldwide, diverse database of as many DNA results AND paper pedigrees as possible, regardless of ethnicity, location or variant surname spelling;
2) To confirm paper pedigrees between participants whose results indicate a close relationship;
3) To eliminate other lines of descent as not closely related, thereby saving the researcher and participant time and expense;
4) To try and establish a country or origin and/or a pattern of migration of the earliest documented ancestor;
5) To try and assist, as much as possible, any Mosley descendant trying to make a connection with another Mosley descendant, whether by DNA testing or comparison of paper pedigrees.
