MILLER FAMILIES OF MA & EARLY NEW ENGLAND PROJECT- Background

My own interest is in finding out the DNA background of the Miller family which has lived in Middleboro, MA, since the middle 1600's. My husband's maternal grandfather grew up there and moved away in the early 1900's.

This project has expanded to include Miller families with roots in New England, Canada, the UK, and Europe.  I have grouped the members by their haplogroups, so that they can find those with similar results more easily, rather than trying to group people by the place of origin of the most distant ancestor.  I think this will be easier for others to understand and utilize.
