Project Goals
Our first goal was to determine if descendants of several early immigrants to America named Maybury, Mayberry, Mabry, etc. had a common ancestor.
A second goal is to see if it is possible to distinguish between various branches of the family. This is proving to be more difficult, although we may have found a distinguishing marker for those Mayberrys whose ancestors lived in County Londonderry, Ireland beginning about 1657.
