Thomas Demetri Kahriman and his brothers (Spiros........... ) were born in Sparta, Greece and immigrated to the United States.
The Kahriman-Kahrimanis family surname was changed from Houmpvalis some time in the last 100 or more years, after a deed of great strength and courage by an ancestor. It is thought that this change was initiated by the local villagers, but that information is lost in time as is all
connection between the families.
