Project Goals
Collecting DNA samples from Hands. Those who lived (live) in County Cavan and County Monaghan, particularily from Kingsport and Carrickmacross areas, are of great interest.
Secondly, those that have and can share their genealogical history will be of particular importance to the project. DNA code is, after all, only numbers.Hopefully, we will be able to bring the numbers alive with family histories provided by the project members.
