Project News
FTDNA has reduced its pricing for add-on for the full mtDNA Sequence. Once done you will never need any more mtDNA testing. In addition, with the merger of DNA-FP they also offer "boutique" (a la carte) testing of some specific markers. Additional details and ordering information are contained on each participant's personal page at FTDNA.

Based on archaeological, petro-chemical and geological studies in the North Sea, British researchers place Circa 6400BC as the estimated point when the British Isles were finally isolated from continental Europe by the North Sea. In addition, Danish researchers have found over 2,300 submerged archaeological sites around the Danish coast. ("Current Archaeology" Edition 207)
