Project Goals
GOAL 1 :
To show through genetic testing that the GABENNESCH, GABENESCH, GABENISCH, GAFANESCH, GAFENESCH, GAVANESCH(E), and GAVENESCH families in Austria, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States share a common ancestor.
GOAL 2 :
To identify families in other parts of the world that share a common ancestor.
GOAL 3 :
To determine the path taken from Africa to Europe by the earliest known ancestor.
