The page for displaying results began revision to show categorization by G subgroups rather than country of ancestral origin.

To measure usage, a web counter has been added to the Project Background page. Every access of the project public page will increment this counter.
EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 17, 2006
To simplify grouping by Paternal Country of Origin, members with unknown paternal origin are included with "Unassigned Members" at the end of the Y Results section.

To maximize genetic matches, the members' preferences are set to allow matches to all surnames.
