Wallace A. Diteman

B: abt 1820 Canada (Possibly Nova Scotia, per 1860-1910 Maine Censuses.

D: 1914 Littleton/Houlton, Maine.

Several Diteman Family researchers, have made genuine attempts to link this man Wallace A. Diteman (1820-1914) to his parents, with no success.

Several researchers have traveled to Maine searching for records.

Several researchers have also traveled to Canada, and with assistance of the Canadian Archives (New Brunswick and Nova Scotai) have also found no success in linking the fellow to his family.

We have had one great-great-grandson submit to YDNA testing, and hope to establish the YDNA Diteman Line with the help of others.
