This project is dedicated to DNA related genealogical research for the Casey surname and surname variations of the Casey surname. According to the 1990 US census, the Casey surname is the 479th most common surname in the United States. Surviving Casey surname variations include: Kazee (20,169th), Kasey (28,824th), Cayce (32,263rd), Cacy (41,191st), Cassey (47,992nd) and Kasee (83,117th).
