DNA results have matched a Badman male from the US who has clear links to the Badman families of Somerset, England with a Badman male who has clear links to a Badman family in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This later family was from Germany and settled in Pennsylvania sometime before 1790. The Badman surname exists today in both England and Germany and has spread to the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia as well.
