Project Goals
The goals of this project are:
1) To identify and establish haplotypes and haplogroups for all Adlam lines
2) To compare various Adlam lines and identify common ancestral origins
3) To establish places of origins for the Adlam surname
Haplotype: a set of markers that define a lineage, useful in a genealogical time period.
Haplogroup: a group of people with similar haplotypes. This usually identifies the group's ancient origins.
